Private One to One Lessons - £25 per hour.
Each of our lessons are individually tailored to suit you. You don't need to be particularly strong or flexible to partake in pole dancing as these areas will improve with time. Our Beginner lessons teach you simple spins and holds which will help build your upper body strength in preparation for the further levels.
Our lessons are broken up into six categories, each containing two levels - Beginners, Improvers, Intermediate, Apprentice, Advanced and finally Advanced Plus.
We recommend that your first one to one lesson be a one hour session, due to the fact that pole dancing can become very tiring. If at a later stage you wish to increase your lesson times you may do so, however you must state this clearly when booking.
Half day intensive lessons can be arranged if you have a long way to travel.
Pole Dancing is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant. If you suffer from neck or back problems please consult your doctor before attending a lesson. You will be required to fill in a health questionnaire on arrival at your first lesson where you will also be asked to provide emergency contact details. Any information you give is for our records only and will not be passed on to any third parties
Two Person Lessons - £18 per person, per hour.
Our two person lessons work on the same basis as a one to one lesson. These lessons give you the chance to come with a friend and enjoy your learning experience together as well as learning from each others mistakes! Please note - these lessons are based on two students sharing one pole.
Group Bookings - for hen parties, birthdays and group bookings, please e-mail us for prices.
We are now also taking bookings for Hen Parties, Birthdays and Group bookings. Prices vary depending on group size, dates and times. If you are interested in booking a pole dancing party, please contact us for more information.

What time are the lessons?
The great thing about booking a private lesson with us is that you are able to choose a time and day that works for you, whether that be morning, afternoon or evening (Monday to Friday only). Times and spaces are available on a first come first serve basis so book early to avoid disappointment.
What do I wear?
It's important that you feel comfortable and confident in what you are wearing to help you achieve the most from your lessons. Shorts and a short sleeved T-shirt or strappy vest are ideal. Leggings or trousers are acceptable at beginner level, however when it comes to climbing the pole you will need bare legs to help you grip.
As for footwear you may either dance in bare feet or wear trainers or plimsoles. Jazz shoes or Ballet shoes are also great for pole dancing.
We ask that you remove any watches, bracelets or rings on arrival at your lesson as they can impair your grip and scratch the pole. It is also advised that you remove any visible body piercings that could come in contact with the pole i.e. navel piercings. If you choose not to you do so at your own risk.
We also ask that you do not apply moisturiser, lotion or fake tan on the day of your lesson as it is not properly absorbed into the skin and leaves the pole feeling greasy and slippery which can also impair your grip and lead to serious injury.
When do I pay?
Unlike most pole dancing schools which require you to pay the full amount up front prior to booking your lesson, we ask that you simply bring your payment along with you on the day of the lesson and pay at the beginning of your lesson. All payments must be made in cash.
For hen parties, birthdays and group bookings a non refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking with the remaining balance to be paid in cash or by cheque three weeks prior to your lesson or in cash on the day of your lesson.
Is there an age limit?
There is no upper age limit for our pole dancing lessons, however all students must be aged 16 or over. All students under the age of 18 will require written permission from a parent along with a contact number before they can take part in a lesson.
