Pole Move of the Month!
"The Closed Front Hook Spin"

1) Step on the outside leg (the leg furthest away from the pole)
2) Hook the inside leg around the pole
3) Push off the floor with your outside leg and bring it round parallel to your "hooked" leg
4) Use "Bottoms Up" to finish off the move

Tips! - Make sure the back of your leg stays in contact with the pole for as long as possible,
this will help control your spin!

Try learning to spin in both directions - this will help strengthen the muscles equally on both sides of your body.

For clockwise - Place your right hand on the pole slightly higher than your left (see photo) and hook your right leg.
For Anti-clockwise - Place your left hand on the pole slightly higher than your right and hook your left leg.
