Here at Pole Control we are dedicated to teaching you the art of pole fitness, from simple spins and holds to tricky inversions and strength moves. Pole fitness is suitable for women of all ages, shapes and sizes as not only is it a great way to keep fit, build strength and increase muscle tone, but it also improves confidence levels and of course is great FUN! Regardless of age, flexibility or level of experience, with the appropriate guidance pole fitness can be learned by just about anyone!
The studio is located in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, just a stone's throw from Roding Valley tube station (Central line) with great links to London. Our bijou studio is fully equipped with professional dance poles, crash mats, floor to ceiling mirrors, wood flooring and toilet/changing facilities. Our instructors are experienced, qualified, insured and first aid trained. Your safety is always our top priority.
