All private lessons take place in my private, bijou studio in Newton Poppleford. Sessions are 1 hour long and include warm up and cool down. Zoom (online) classes and one-to-one training also available.

Join me in a challenging yet invigorating class focusing on improving your flexibility whilst building strength. In this class we flow through various shapes and dynamic movements to energise your body and mind.

As a fully qualified fitness instructor, I can work with you to help you achieve your goals. My general fitness sessions are predominantly calisthenics based, using bodyweight exercises and resistance bands to increase strength and help you look and feel stronger.
These one-to-one sessions can be tailored to you and your requirements.
