LESSONS
One-to-one (and small group) private lessons are my speciality, each lesson is tailored to your individual needs, working at your own pace to build strength, grow in confidence and achieve your goals. I recognise that every student has a unique learning style, and as a teacher I strive to tailor my approach to meet the individual needs and abilities of each student, creating a supportive and effective learning environment.
All of my private lessons take place in my private, bijou studio in Newton Poppleford. Sessions are 1 hour long and include warm up and cool down.

Why choose one-to-one tuition?
There are many reasons why you might choose one-to-one tuition over a group setting. Here are a few examples based on the feedback I have received from clients:

-
You struggle with self confidence and find the idea of a group setting quite daunting.
-
You have a busy work or home life and can't commit to a regular time each week.
-
You currently attend pole classes elsewhere but feel you are falling behind the class or plateauing and would benefit from some extra support.
-
You are an advanced level poler with a pole at home, but your repertoire has become a bit stale and you need some new inspiration!
-
You find social (group) situations difficult.
-
You want to progress quicker than you might in a group class (whilst there's no magic wand to achieve great things overnight, it's no surprise that students progress quicker in a one-to-one environment).
-
You have recently had a baby and can't leave them (I welcome babies in prams / car seats to come along with you! If you need to pause to feed or tend to baby that's absolutely fine by me.)
-
You've tried group classes but you felt you were constantly comparing yourself to others.
-
You are a perfectionist and don't just want to learn the moves, but to execute them with precision (whilst this can be done in a class setting, it is much easier to achieve in one-to-one with constant supervision and correction.)
-
You don't want to share a pole (generally speaking, most group classes operate a two-per-pole system. With one-to-one training you'll have your own pole which means more practice time and quicker progress.)
