"I first started at POLE CONTROL in August 2009 and I have never looked back! Not only is it such a great way to keep fit and strong, it's really enjoyable! I love learning new moves and you feel a great sense of accomplishment once you perfect a move for the first time. My favourite moves are the Cross Knee Release and the Elbow Grip Ayesha because I think they look great and one of my favourite spins is the Hollywood. My least favourite move is the Chair."
